Tour Description:  Dwarka Temple
Dwarka is one of four most holy pilgrimage sites (Chardham) of Hindu faith and is associated with Lord Krishna life. Located on the western most tip of Saurastra (Gujarat), this giant ornate shrine is one of the most imposing five-storied structures of Hindu architecture in Gujarat on the confluence of river Gomti and Arabian sea.
Somnath Temple
Facing the wide open Arabian Sea, the temple at Somnath is an imposing structure offering a spectacular sight to the beholders. At a distance of 79 km from Junagadh and 25 km from Chorwad is the temple of Somnath, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.

Itinerary Description:
Day 01 - Ahmedabad - Jamnagar (315km / 6 hrs)
Today, proceed to Jamnagar via Rajkot. Rest at Rajkot. On arrival at Jamnagar check in to the hotel. In the evening visit Bala Hanuman Temple know for its non stop ramdhun since 1956 and it mentioned in Guinness Book of World Records. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 - Jamnagar - Dwarka (240km / 5hrs)
Today, proceed to Dwarka. On arrival visit Dwarksdeesh Temple. Later, take a trip to Bet Dwarka. Visit the Old Temple Of Krishna. On the way to Bet Dwarka, visit Nageshwar Temple - One of the 12th Jyotilingam of Shiva, visit an ancient Temple of Rukmini. Return back to Dwarka. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03 - Dwarka - Somnath (230km/ 5 hrs)
Today, proceed to Somnath on route visiting the famous Harshad Mata Temple situated on top of a hillock. Proceed to Somnath. On arrival visit the Somnath Temple & Bhalka Tirth. Witness aarti, Light and sound show. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04 - Somnath - Sasan (40km/ 1 hrs)
Proceed to Sasangir, the home of the Asiatic Lion. On arrival check in to the hotel.In the afternoon, visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya. In the evening, watch movie on the lions at Shih Sadan. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 - Sasan - Ahmedabad ( 385 km 6 hrs )
Today, proceed to Ahmedabad. On arrival visit Gandhinagar Akshardham temple. And local sight seeing at Ahmedabad. |
